A riding holiday that combines riding in the mountains with yoga – have a new adventure and relax, all on the same holiday.

• Monday: Arrival in time for dinner at 19.00. Information meeting with tour guides at 21:00.
• Tuesday: Morning yoga for riders: the focus is on activating core muscles and becoming aware of our posture. After breakfast we meet in the stable to learn about horse behavior and communication. There is then a riding lesson in the arena followed by a 1 hour ride out in easy terrain. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon yoga. In this 90 minute class we focus on breathing and calm movement. The class is designed to soften the rider's body after this new activity.
• Wednesday: Morning riding lesson and 1 hour trip. We build yesterday's new skills. Lunch at the hotel. After lunch you are invited to a 90 minute yoga class. Again, the focus of the class is breathing and relaxation. Along with calm movement these suit any stiffness after riding. Traditional Norwegian Dinner.
• Thursday: Start the day with a nice 2h ride in varied terrain. Lunch at the hotel. After lunch, there is a restorative 90 minute yoga class to give you the best possible recovery.
• Friday: Morning yoga by the lake before breakfast, weather permitting. Departure after breakfast.
